Design Coordinator

TL;DR

Design Coordinator: Managing clients through the SHA Design & Approvals Process for architectural kit homes with an accent on client relationships, project coordination, and design development. Focus on guiding clients from initial briefing to construction documentation, developing concept designs from briefs, and collaborating with architects and engineers.

Location: WFH in Philippines (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, Cebu). Work Schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM AEST | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PHT

Designs and supplies architectural kit homes across the country using proprietary framing system delivered through national network of builders and owner-builders.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain client relationships as primary point of contact throughout design process.
• Guide clients through SHA Design & Approvals stages: site analysis, preliminary design, town planning, construction documentation.
• Liaise with clients to present designs, gather feedback, coordinate updates, and manage timeframes.
• Provide weekly updates, attend sales and design meetings, and streamline processes.
• Oversee QA on documentation and manage Autodesk for file coordination.
• Interpret briefs for concept designs, incorporate feedback, and develop new house types with design team.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp) and project management tools (advantage).
• Understanding of NCC 2022 and relevant codes for compliant design.

Nice to have

• Experience in residential rendering.
• Ability to generate floor plans.
