What you will do

• Design CRM sales newsletters, Meta Ads, and social media posts.
• Manage design projects from concept to final delivery under Graphic Design Lead guidance.
• Develop creative solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with CRM, User Acquisition, Social Media, and Product teams.
• Ensure visual consistency across touchpoints.
• Explore new design techniques, tools, and workflows.

Requirements

• Right to work in the EU/Austria, based in Vienna or open to relocating
• Strong portfolio in typography, layout, visual communication for print/digital B2C (newsletters, ads, flyers).
• 3+ years professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to manage and deliver projects on time.

Nice to have

• Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Interest in AI tools.
