TL;DR
Paid Media Specialist: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multi-channel campaigns (paid social, PPC, display) with an accent on data analysis, optimization, and ROI maximization. Location: Hybrid in Reforma, CDMX (Mexico City) – required in office two days a week.

What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-channel performance campaigns to meet acquisition, conversion, and ROI goals.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and optimize campaigns for efficiency.
- Target audiences through data analysis, A/B testing, and segmentation.
- Collaborate with creative teams on ad creatives and landing pages.
- Manage budgets across campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Stay updated on trends and provide reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 2-3+ years in performance marketing with focus on user acquisition and ROI-driven campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite; manage $30k+ monthly budgets.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Master's degree or certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).
- Client management, ecommerce, agency experience.
