TL;DR

Paid Media Specialist: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multi-channel campaigns (paid social, PPC, display) with an accent on data analysis, optimization, and ROI maximization. Focus on audience targeting, budget management, A/B testing, and generating actionable insights to drive acquisition and conversions.

Location: Hybrid in Reforma, CDMX (Mexico City) – required in office two days a week.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel performance campaigns to meet acquisition, conversion, and ROI goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and optimize campaigns for efficiency.
  • Target audiences through data analysis, A/B testing, and segmentation.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Manage budgets across campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency.
  • Stay updated on trends and provide reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3+ years in performance marketing with focus on user acquisition and ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite; manage $30k+ monthly budgets.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).
  • Client management, ecommerce, agency experience.
