What you will do

• Evaluate potential acquisition targets and identify carve-out opportunities using investment criteria.
• Maintain data integrity in CRM, oversee KPIs, and manage dashboards.
• Conduct market analysis on new verticals and geographies for expansion.
• Map M&A advisors from global firms to boutique consultancies.
• Research and assess third-party data sources, industry lists, and trade conferences.
• Support due diligence with market analysis, contract review, and competitor research.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
• Experience in Research and/or Financial Services preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.
• Understanding of research methodologies and M&A origination processes.
