Director, Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics (Biotech): Lead clinical pharmacology programs for an expanding portfolio of therapeutics across disease areas with an accent on PK/PD analysis, modeling, and integration. Focus on designing and conducting PK/PD analyses to guide development decisions, providing model-based input for strategies, and supporting regulatory submissions.
Location: Fully remote from anywhere. Occasional travel for team meetings or events (5%–15%).
Salary: $185,000–$252,500 Annual

What you will do
- Represent Clinical Pharmacology and provide PKPD support to assigned projects.
- Lead analysis, interpretation, integration, and reporting of clinical PK/PD data.
- Design Clinical Pharmacology strategies and model-based development input for clinical programs.
- Conduct PK/PD analyses to guide project team decisions and provide input for regulatory submissions.
- Prepare clinical protocols, Investigator Brochures, and Study Reports sections related to Clinical Pharmacology.
- Partner with Research, Clinical, Regulatory, and other R&D functions on study design and documentation.
Requirements
- PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics or MD/PharmD with equivalent experience (10+ years) or Master’s (12+ years) in pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge in pharmacokinetics, modeling, PKPD principles, ADME, and clinical pharmacology.
- Experience with drug development programs and clinical pharmacology regulatory guidelines.
- Expert knowledge of pharmacokinetic modeling and data visualization software.
- Strong English communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
