Salary: $222,000–$303,000 Annual

What you will do
- Develop and implement global IEP strategies aligned with therapeutic area needs and lifecycle decisions.
- Collaborate with Medical Directors, Access teams, HCPs, patients, payers, and regulators to shape evidence priorities.
- Align cross-functional teams, drive evidence quality, and synchronize global communication.
- Reinforce scientific reputation through thought leadership, publications, and academic engagement.
- Track performance with KPIs and ROI, translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Embed evidence excellence across medical and commercial teams for integrated impact.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, MPH, MS) in life sciences or related field.
- 10+ years in biopharma, including 3+ years in management.
- Experience in evidence generation, market access, HEOR, and/or RWE.
- Expertise in late-stage clinical design, RWE, patient-centered evidence, payer/HTA/reimbursement landscapes.
- Strong methodological skills in epidemiology, HEOR, data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead diverse cross-functional teams and turn data into strategic insights.
