Salary: $52,000 - $74,400 USD

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20+ employees across multiple client programs
• Own team performance including productivity, quality, attendance, and engagement
• Ensure service levels, KPIs, and client deliverables are met consistently
• Act as escalation point for team and customer issues, resolving them quickly
• Monitor daily metrics and take real-time actions to address gaps
• Drive coaching, feedback, performance improvement, and process enhancements

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience (Supervisor or Team Lead level) required; managing 15+ employees preferred
• 4+ years in customer service, contact center, or operations
• Strong multitasking, organization, decision-making, and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead in metrics-driven environments
• High reliability, punctuality, and accountability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems
