What you will do

• Build and maintain Python-based software for security automation and incident response.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes to ensure efficient development workflows.
• Design, develop, and implement global cyber security processes, capabilities, and tools.
• Drive the development of the Security Monitoring Tool stack, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, and Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Integrate AI and ML-based big data analysis for advanced threat detection and darknet scanning.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training, and establish team best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, preferably focused on cyber security.
• Proficiency in writing clean, efficient Python code and understanding of software architecture principles.
• Experience with GitFlow/GitHub-Flow, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing.
• Deep knowledge of IT security tools including SIEM, Firewalls, EDR, IDS/IPS, and SOAR.
• Familiarity with security classification frameworks like MITRE or the cyber-attack kill chain.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (including international travel).
