What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy ML and advanced analytics models to solve business problems.
• Build scalable solutions utilizing AWS AI/ML services including SageMaker, Bedrock, Rekognition, and Textract.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to support model training, validation, and deployment.
• Utilize MLflow for experiment tracking, model versioning, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into analytical solutions.
• Monitor and optimize model performance and reliability within AWS environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technician or similar applicable role.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with MLflow and AWS cloud AI/ML tools.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Preference for candidates based within a short commute to Belgrade for hybrid collaboration.
