Salary: $81,045 - $155,000

What you will do

• Lead cyber resilience and IT risk assessments, including tabletop exercises and continuity simulations.
• Coordinate and oversee resilience and recovery testing to ensure plans are followed and results are communicated to stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership and technical teams to identify resilience gaps and design solutions meeting RTO/RPO targets.
• Develop and execute the Resiliency & Chaos Engineering strategy, including tooling and testing frameworks.
• Maintain Disaster Recovery and Cyber Resilience Plans and track remediation efforts.
• Design and validate redundancy, failover, and cyber-recovery solutions across the technology environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management or IT Disaster Recovery.
• Strong familiarity with AWS services (Config, CloudFormation, Load Balancers, Resilience Hub, Elastic Disaster Recovery).
• Functional knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27031, ISO 22301, COBIT, and ITIL.
• Experience with SRE, DiRT, and Chaos Engineering practices.
• Proficiency with enterprise Risk Management solutions like ServiceNow, Archer, or Resolver.
• Must be a resident of the 50 US states or Washington, D.C.

Nice to have

• Certifications: ITIL, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Domain knowledge of Fault Injection and Disaster Recovery best practices.
• Experience with Compute and Storage topology in Microsoft/Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira/Confluence).
