TL;DR

DevOps Engineer (RegTech SaaS): Designing and improving automated deployment processes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with an accent on reliability, scalability, and security. Focus on building robust CI/CD pipelines, establishing SRE metrics (SLIs/SLOs), and optimizing cloud infrastructure performance.

Location: Remote (Continental USA), excluding California, Hawaii, and Alaska. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Salary: $155,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated deployment and configuration management systems.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts for provisioning and managing infrastructure resources.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure service availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and integrate automated testing.
  • Conduct capacity planning and resolve performance bottlenecks to handle future loads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps with a focus on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
  • Strong expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools and CI/CD pipeline architecture.
  • Experience managing cloud and on-premises infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Authorized to work in the United States (proof required within three days of hire).
  • Residency in the Continental US (excluding California, Hawaii, or Alaska).
