What you will do

• Design and build extensible, scalable, and observable platforms.
• Empower development teams to manage their full application stack, minimizing bottlenecks.
• Improve and ensure coverage of observability (metrics, logs, traces) within the Aerodome platform.
• Refine CI/CD processes and improve developer feedback loops.
• Automate Aviation infrastructure, including building self-service capabilities and IoT management tooling for drones, docks, and radars.
• Participate in security reviews, remediation, and new implementations for best-in-class security posture and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in an SRE role with an understanding of monitoring, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery.
• Extensive experience in writing production-quality code.
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code and/or configuration management (Terraform).
• Experience with managing monitoring dashboards using tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Familiarity with best practices when creating and managing AWS resources (e.g., security groups, VPCs).
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification.
