Location: 100% remote (must be based in the United States, excluding Hawaii)

Salary: $206,550 – $243,000

What you will do

• Enhance observability across platforms and spearhead SRE best practices adoption.
• Build and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with application engineering teams on platform-related initiatives.
• Ensure service level objectives through on-call rotations in mission-critical environments.
• Influence technology and culture by embedding reliability and efficiency into engineering practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering and/or DevOps, working independently on projects.
• Experience collaborating across engineering and product teams to drive change.
• Strong SRE/DevOps knowledge applied in mission-critical environments.
• Experience with on-call rotations to meet service level objectives.
• 5+ years of Kubernetes experience.
• 5+ years of AWS experience.
• Expertise in monitoring, alerting, metrics, logging, and application performance monitoring.
