What you will do

• Own the end-to-end website experience, including design, development, and ongoing maintenance.
• Build interactive landing pages, data visualizations, and conversion-focused web content using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Develop and maintain scalable content models and publishing workflows within headless CMS platforms.
• Create high-quality brand assets for sales presentations, conferences, and event branding.
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to iterate on paid social and digital advertising creatives.
• Leverage AI-powered creative and development tools (Cursor, Claude, Midjourney, v0) to improve output quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and responsive web development.
• Proficiency in CSS and UI implementation for complex layouts and animations.
• Hands-on experience managing websites built on headless CMS architectures.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, typography, and motion design principles.
• Ability to prototype and ship production-ready experiences independently.
• Availability within a European time zone for collaboration with international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with generative design tools or programmatic design workflows.
• Experience with localization systems.
