Salary: $135,000 - $230,000 Annual

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise cloud data migration roadmap, coordinating alignment between business leaders, technology partners, and vendors.
• Evolve the data usage model to capture end-to-end user patterns, lineage, and access signals across the D&A ecosystem.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize migration sequencing and identify PII or sensitive data requiring controls.
• Design and deliver automated reporting and dashboards using Tableau to track migration progress, risks, and KPIs.
• Lead an agile team of analysts, managing the backlog, sprint planning, and delivery commitments.
• Establish a continuous improvement backlog to address technical debt and enhancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or 9+ years of relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data/analytics, including at least 3 years of project management.
• 5+ years of experience using SQL for data mining and advanced spreadsheet/presentation tools.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship provided.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale cloud migrations and organizational change management.
• Knowledge of data management, governance, and risk/compliance within the financial industry.
• Understanding of graph databases.
