Location: Must be based in Redmond, United States (expected to work from the office at least four days per week)

Salary: $139,900 – $274,800 per year

What you will do

• Deliver and interpret product insights to continuously improve monetization products and marketplace health.
• Define and implement metrics that accurately measure user and business value across various components.
• Design and execute complex experiments across User and Demand dimensions to drive product growth.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, and business teams to align data science with GTM strategy.
• Influence senior leadership by providing clear, compelling, and actionable data-driven insights.
• Lead the team in making independent decisions and managing difficult trade-offs to drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• PhD + 5 years, Master's + 7 years, or Bachelor's + 10 years of experience in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Proven experience launching and scaling products from beta to public release with rapid user and revenue growth.
• Expertise in managing structured and unstructured data and applying advanced statistical techniques.
• Must be located within a 50-mile commute of the Redmond office and work onsite at least 4 days per week.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex insights to senior executives.
