Salary: $116,000 – $150,000 + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to build and launch new features.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services alongside rich user interfaces.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability within a state-of-the-art cloud environment.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high quality and efficiency.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to ensure the platform remains cutting-edge.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle from initial concept to deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in high-traffic web environments.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming.
• Experience with JavaScript and frameworks such as React.
• Understanding of relational database systems (e.g., MySQL) and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS.
