What you will do

• Supervise audio engineers, mixers, and technical operators to ensure production deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate room bookings and task assignments across multiple audio suites and freelance resources.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve operational issues impacting delivery.
• Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure equipment maintenance and staff training.
• Facilitate clear communication between production, scheduling, and technical departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in audio post-production, dubbing, or localization workflows.
• Strong understanding of dialogue editing, mixing, and audio post-production pipelines.
• Proven experience coordinating post-production schedules or managing studio resources.
• Proficiency with Pro Tools, iZotope RX, and Dolby Atmos.
• Ability to work onsite in Burbank.
