TL;DR

Product Manager Lead (Digital Advertising): Lead the full product development and deployment lifecycle for new technology-driven products, services, or features with an accent on understanding user needs, identifying business opportunities, and defining requirements. Focus on analyzing complex technologies, managing data collection systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior Product Managers.

Location: San Francisco, CA. Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 15%.

Salary: $274,456 - $396,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead full product lifecycle from conceptualization, build, launch, to growth by understanding user needs.
  • Identify opportunities, collect requirements, define scope, milestones, and write specifications for design discussions.
  • Analyze technologies and use cases to produce insights driving product roadmap.
  • Manage planning, design, and development of data methodologies for innovation and optimization.
  • Deliver project status to stakeholders, aligning on timelines, risks, and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like algorithm engineers and e-commerce to achieve goals.
  • Mentor junior Product Managers.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related + 2/5 years experience.
  • 2 years in product marketing/operations/management/strategy in digital advertising industry.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for product/growth strategy, competitive positioning, ROI, revenue.
  • Designing/managing product roadmaps, defining KPIs/OKRs.
  • Conducting user research, competitor/market analysis, surveys.
  • Utilizing Product Opportunity Evaluation Matrix and Customer Journey Map.
