Salary: $274,456 - $396,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead full product lifecycle from conceptualization, build, launch, to growth by understanding user needs.
- Identify opportunities, collect requirements, define scope, milestones, and write specifications for design discussions.
- Analyze technologies and use cases to produce insights driving product roadmap.
- Manage planning, design, and development of data methodologies for innovation and optimization.
- Deliver project status to stakeholders, aligning on timelines, risks, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like algorithm engineers and e-commerce to achieve goals.
- Mentor junior Product Managers.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related + 2/5 years experience.
- 2 years in product marketing/operations/management/strategy in digital advertising industry.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for product/growth strategy, competitive positioning, ROI, revenue.
- Designing/managing product roadmaps, defining KPIs/OKRs.
- Conducting user research, competitor/market analysis, surveys.
- Utilizing Product Opportunity Evaluation Matrix and Customer Journey Map.
