What you will do
- Develop back-end wiring, application logic, and UI for core educational products.
- Drive the full development lifecycle, including design, coding, documenting, testing, and debugging.
- Build new projects from scratch while maintaining and optimizing the existing codebase.
- Provide technical estimates and evaluate the feasibility of new platforms and technologies.
- Collaborate across multiple development teams to design and release high-impact features.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in full stack software engineering.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Excellent programming skills in Java or another object-oriented language.
- Must be located in San Mateo, CA (office-based role).
- Strong analytical-reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
