Fully remote, with reasonable European overlap.

What you will do

• Maintain backlog and Linear hygiene: Definition of Ready, epic decomposition, dependencies, labels, and stale-issue cleanup.
• Track delivery with engineering leads: milestones, target dates, early slippage flagging.
• Prepare weekly delivery summaries for head of product and stakeholders: shipped items, next shipments, risks at outcome level.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards tying user stories to outputs using AI tooling.
• Coordinate across teams: outsourced contributors, business development, product peers.
• Handle process, tooling, roadmap input, and operational tasks like license procurement and event logistics.

Requirements

• Five or more years in technical product ownership, delivery management, or technical program management.
• Demonstrated ownership of engineering backlog at scale (Linear, Jira, or similar).
• Track record of taking initiative: spotting gaps, proposing fixes, and shipping without direction.
• Working understanding of GitHub, pull requests, CI/CD, and testing practices.
• Technical literacy in Bitcoin, BitVM, Cardano, cross-chain bridging to triage issues.
• Strong written communication for crisp, summary-level reporting.
• Comfort building lightweight dashboards with modern AI-assisted tooling.

Nice to have

• Prior crypto or Web3 engineering exposure.
• Experience with distributed contributors.
