What you will do

• Investigate and document product issues both remotely and on-site at customer locations to determine root causes.
• Analyze product code to develop fixes and provide workaround procedures for customers.
• Maintain and provide code changes for the cloud-based demo website used for sales and training.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, support, and services teams to develop new product features.
• Support Beta, Pilot, and Limited Market Release efforts for new product launches.
• Guide customers on the best configuration of their environments for product stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, software engineering, or computer science.
• Experience with C# programming language or similar.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites.
• Availability for after-hours or weekend support during emergency customer situations.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Knowledge of non-relational databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, cloud environments (AWS or Azure), and virtualization (VMWare).
• Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
