What you will do
- Investigate and document product issues both remotely and on-site at customer locations to determine root causes.
- Analyze product code to develop fixes and provide workaround procedures for customers.
- Maintain and provide code changes for the cloud-based demo website used for sales and training.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, support, and services teams to develop new product features.
- Support Beta, Pilot, and Limited Market Release efforts for new product launches.
- Guide customers on the best configuration of their environments for product stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, software engineering, or computer science.
- Experience with C# programming language or similar.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites.
- Availability for after-hours or weekend support during emergency customer situations.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Knowledge of non-relational databases such as MongoDB.
- Experience with RabbitMQ, cloud environments (AWS or Azure), and virtualization (VMWare).
- Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
