What you will do

• Own critical product surfaces end-to-end from ideation to production and beyond.
• Build and evolve scalable systems across React, Node.js, and Python that support customer growth.
• Collaborate with design and product leaders to shape the product direction.
• Utilize modern AI tooling to accelerate development, prototyping, and iteration cycles.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar for code quality, architecture, and user experience.
• Solve ambiguous technical problems to deliver immediate customer-facing value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong full-stack expertise with React and backend systems such as Node.js and/or Python.
• B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
• Proven experience leading large, ambiguous initiatives with significant business impact.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
• AI-native mindset with a habit of using AI tools to amplify engineering impact.
