What you will do

• Investigate cases efficiently, analyze bad actor behavior, and develop expertise in compliance investigations.
• Identify and stop non-compliant activity and bad actors while minimizing false positives to protect customers and consumers.
• Detect trends and root causes using call detail records and traffic data to recommend preventative solutions.
• Resolve urgent issues impacting businesses, carriers, and consumers worldwide.
• Use hirify.global tools and investigative skills to detect and prevent non-compliant activity.
• Provide email support to customers for excellent experience.

Requirements

• Willingness to work non-traditional schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• 1-2 years experience in fraud, abuse, or compliance in ecommerce, FinTech, or telecommunications
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environment with bias for action
• Empathetic, data-backed customer and carrier support skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, communication, time management, and pressure-handling skills
• Comfortable collaborating with industry partners

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Zendesk, Airtable, Looker or similar tools
• Basic understanding of APIs and related technologies
• Background in telecommunications
