What you will do

• Develop real-time augmentation and video processing pipelines used in sports broadcast workflows.
• Shape low-latency, curated viewing experiences powered by intelligent content selection.
• Implement systems using rich data derived from optical and on-field sensor tracking.
• Lead the development of features and subsystems from ambiguous requirements through to production.
• Optimize and improve system architecture, observability, and testing practices.
• Collaborate through code reviews, pairing, and technical communication across distributed architectures.

Requirements

• Strong experience in lower-level software development.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining reliable, low-latency, and performance-sensitive systems.
• Expertise in working with concurrent systems and complex, distributed architectures.
• Experience in video engineering, including capture, encoding/decoding, transport, and synchronisation.
• Proficiency in Rust, C++, and Lua.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time 3D or game graphics applied to interactive output.
• Hands-on experience with computer vision pipelines using media frameworks or libraries.
