What you will do

• Lead the design vision across projects, from early discovery and product definition to high-fidelity execution.
• Drive strategic design decisions that align user-centered solutions with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Partner with clients, product managers, and engineering leads to co-create solutions and elevate product thinking.
• Facilitate discovery and definition processes to deeply understand user needs and problem spaces.
• Mentor and support other designers, providing feedback and raising the quality bar for the team.
• Evaluate product performance using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally within an agency or fast-paced product environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, strategic thinking, and measurable impact.
• Proven ability to lead design processes independently, including research, ideation, prototyping, and validation.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, user experience, and systems thinking.
• Experience designing and running experiments using hypotheses and data.
• English proficiency required.
