Salary: $155,000 - $215,000

What you will do

• Own key company metrics for member account security, login conversion, and access usage rates.
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable goals for the Identity and internationalization teams.
• Manage end-user experiences for authentication and authorization across mobile, web, and API.
• Collaborate with engineers and analysts to scope and prioritize technical product requirements.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to build business cases for new features and assess performance.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and collaborate cross-functionally with security, finance, and marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management with a record of successful delivery collaborating with highly technical engineering teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Must be based in or prepared to relocate to Boston, MA.
• Experience working with security teams to translate technical requirements into product deliveries.
• Experience using AI tools to drive productivity and data analysis.
• Ability to learn and use SQL, Amplitude, or Sigma for data analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription products and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business models.
• Experience managing both mobile and web products.
