What you will do

• Lead SerDes IP integration and customer bringup from initial design review through silicon validation and production release.
• Coordinate engineering resources across IP design, firmware, and validation teams to ensure stable SoC bringup.
• Diagnose and resolve signal integrity issues, including equalization, link training, and FEC performance.
• Support high-speed interface applications including Ethernet (10G-200G), PCIe Gen1–Gen6, CPRI, JESD, and CEI.
• Manage customer technical escalations end-to-end, from root cause analysis through resolution.
• Analyze signal integrity through PCB layout review, channel simulation, and S-parameter analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10-15 years of professional experience (or 5-10 years with a Master's or PhD).
• Proven experience in high-speed SerDes IP integration and silicon bringup.
• Strong foundation in signal integrity analysis and end-to-end debug across complex SoC programs.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. law.
• Strong communication skills for technical leadership and customer-facing interactions.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working on switch, custom ASIC, or connectivity programs (PCIe, Ethernet, D2D).
