What you will do

• Implement and continuously improve health and safety programs in alignment with Polish requirements and company standards.
• Conduct H&S audits and inspections to identify hazards and track corrective actions through to completion.
• Maintain H&S legal compliance digital systems, documentation, and updated risk assessments.
• Deliver required local H&S training and oversee the ergonomic program for office and studio staff.
• Coordinate fire drills and ensure maintenance of emergency equipment including AEDs and first aid kits.
• Partner with local vendors and collaborate with Legal, HR, and Facilities teams to ensure safety compliance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in occupational health & safety, preferably in office or studio environments.
• Formal Health & Safety qualification recognized in Poland.
• Deep knowledge of Polish Health & Safety law and regulations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English.

• Experience within the video game, technology, or creative media industries.
• Membership in professional organizations such as IOSH or ASSP.
