What you will do
- Implement and continuously improve health and safety programs in alignment with Polish requirements and company standards.
- Conduct H&S audits and inspections to identify hazards and track corrective actions through to completion.
- Maintain H&S legal compliance digital systems, documentation, and updated risk assessments.
- Deliver required local H&S training and oversee the ergonomic program for office and studio staff.
- Coordinate fire drills and ensure maintenance of emergency equipment including AEDs and first aid kits.
- Partner with local vendors and collaborate with Legal, HR, and Facilities teams to ensure safety compliance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in occupational health & safety, preferably in office or studio environments.
- Formal Health & Safety qualification recognized in Poland.
- Deep knowledge of Polish Health & Safety law and regulations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English.

- Experience within the video game, technology, or creative media industries.
- Membership in professional organizations such as IOSH or ASSP.
