What you will do

  • Set up and maintain new and existing customer records in internal systems.
  • Verify completed documentation for accuracy and request missing information.
  • Execute changes and additions to client accounts.
  • Ensure strict compliance with data integrity and security policies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to streamline onboarding.

Requirements

  • Business-level proficiency in German (verbal and written)
  • Fluency in Polish
  • Business-level proficiency in English
  • Strong organizational skills and a client-centric approach.
  • High accuracy in data entry and ability to work under pressure.
