What you will do

• Administer, configure, and optimize Atlassian Cloud systems including Jira and Confluence.
• Manage user permissions, access rights, and system security.
• Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems using REST API and webhooks.
• Analyze and improve existing workflows and business processes.
• Lead Atlassian-related projects and mentor team members.
• Provide user support, documentation, and training.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator, including Cloud environments.
• Expert knowledge of Jira and Confluence Cloud configuration and automation.
• Strong understanding of system integration and security principles.
• English level: Upper intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud.
• Russian language proficiency.
