What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical solution lifecycle for data science and AI initiatives, from requirements shaping to implementation support.
• Apply advanced data science and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models into production with MLOps pipelines.
• Contribute to strategic direction, identifying innovation opportunities and shaping best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to translate needs into solutions and communicate findings clearly.
• Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering technical excellence.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for Security Clearance
• Experience with programming languages: C#, Python, R, SQL.
• Experience with ML libraries: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Knowledge of algorithms: Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, XGBoost, K-means, anomaly detection, Bayesian theory, Time Series Forecasting.
• Understanding of ML evaluation: overfitting, bias, cross-validation, LIME, SHAP.
• Experience with data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Hive; visualization: Tableau, Power BI.
• Experience with large complex datasets; knowledge of public sector challenges, data, and regulations.
