What you will do

• Develop predictive models and data-driven solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers within an agile framework to enable tight feedback loops.
• Implement and advocate for TDD, CI, and DevOps best practices to maximize long-term development velocity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a data scientist reporting analytics for various applications.
• Proven experience in a player/coach role, leading development teams.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, Python, and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in Boston, MA, Atlanta, GA, or Louisville, KY.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Django, JavaScript, TypeScript, and NoSQL.
• Proficiency with AWS and Terraform.
