What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of web developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
• Develop and maintain the corporate web platform using TypeScript, JavaScript, and the Astro framework.
• Build components and content models within Storyblok (headless CMS) to enable independent content management.
• Lead the migration of web properties from legacy platforms like WordPress to a modern headless architecture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product marketing, and demand generation stakeholders to align with strategic goals.
• Manage API integrations with third-party services and oversee CI/CD pipelines via Vercel and Git.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of web development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• 2-4 years of management experience within a development team.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms, SSG, and SSR architectures.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+).
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Astro and Storyblok.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Pardot or Marketo.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of component-based design systems and design tokens.
