What you will do

• Develop and maintain customized pages, plugins, and templates using a scalable approach aligned with global best practices.
• Architect the technical integration between the website, support tech stack, and analytics platforms.
• Act as a strategic liaison between Support Operations, UX, Marketing, and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume backlog of requests based on ROI and strategic urgency.
• Optimize website performance and deploy A/B tests to enhance user experience.
• Lead QA processes and version control for releases to ensure a flawless end-to-end customer journey.

Requirements

• Solid experience in website development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with deep familiarity with CSS Grid and UI layouts.
• Proficiency with Webflow, Figma, and Google Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Proven ability to design for scalability and the holistic customer journey.

Nice to have

• Experience with MixPanel, Zapier, and Salesforce.
