What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for the platform powering real-time voice communication at massive scale.
• Design and implement WebRTC integrations across various hirify.global teams.
• Develop and continuously improve the WebRTC client and server stack across platforms.
• Investigate and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation in real-time communication services.
• Drive project timelines and deliver complex, long-horizon programming projects with high autonomy.

Requirements

• High proficiency in C++ with a strong command of performance-critical systems.
• Deep understanding of WebRTC signaling concepts, protocols, and architecture.
• Proven experience debugging and optimizing WebRTC stacks at scale.
• Experience designing and maintaining C APIs for broad platform distribution.
• Familiarity with build systems like GN and Ninja.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of cross-team alignment and technical decision-making.
