What you will do

  • Direct the development and implementation of production activities to achieve quality, cost, and production goals.
  • Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, materials supply, and equipment efficiency.
  • Plan and administer procedures and budgets, including control over capital expenditures and labor.
  • Develop manpower requirements and operational schedules for assigned production areas.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to maintain efficient function operation.
  • Develop, modify, and execute company policies with both immediate and company-wide operational effects.

Requirements

  • Experience directing production activities within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to plan and administer budgets and capital expenditures.
  • Experience managing professional track employees and subordinate supervisors.
  • Ability to establish operational objectives and delegate assignments effectively.
