What you will do

• Research and develop CNNs, transformers, multimodal foundation models, and vision models for lesion tracking, image registration, and segmentation.
• Design and build ML models for complex medical imaging datasets.
• Conduct experiments, explore new AI/ML technologies, and analyze results.
• Collaborate with product managers, radiologists, clinical scientists, AI, and software engineers.
• Contribute to technical vision, mentor teammates, and support scientific publications.
• Participate in product design with clinical partners, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree with equivalent experience in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Ability to design, run, analyze experiments independently, and communicate results.
• Understanding of ML/statistics principles, computer vision challenges, and medical imaging.
• Proven track record in deep learning, delivering AI solutions from prototype to production, with peer-reviewed publications.
• Strong technical communication skills for multidisciplinary audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps tools.
• Developing medical AI solutions, interacting with clinicians, or open-source medical projects.
