What you will do

• Innovate the standard for AAA UI presentation.
• Mentor and grow the team to produce AAA quality UI art and visuals.
• Work with Game & UX-Designers to rapidly concept, iterate, and produce assets throughout all stages of development.
• Own the development and vision for the UI Art Style, ensuring consistency in its implementation.
• Set the standard and follow through for UI Art best practices and workflows to improve team effectiveness.
• Strategically look into tooling to elevate the quality of UI deliverables and improve workflow within the UI team.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of high-quality interactive entertainment UI design.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficient in prototyping and design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with game engines, UI systems, and production pipelines.
• Skilled in scripting, motion graphics/animation, with 3D as a plus.
