What you will do

• Orchestrate end-to-end post-sales journey, managing go-lives and project execution for client contracts.
• Lead kick-offs and serve as strategic advisor, aligning Aika AI with client clinical and regulatory goals.
• Oversee customer support, mentor juniors, and monitor engagement data to prevent churn and drive expansion.
• Consolidate client feedback into product requirements and collaborate with Engineering and Clinical teams on implementations.
• Report to Head of Product to synchronize client iterations with long-term vision.

Requirements

• Fluency in English & Japanese
• 5+ years in Clinical Research, Medical Affairs, Life Sciences, or related field; understand protocol development, regulations, trial operations.
• PhD or MD highly preferred; outstanding academic record to peer with senior client leads.
• Experience managing multi-year research projects, clinical trials, or cross-functional collaborations.
• Exceptional communication to translate scientific/AI concepts into business value; data-driven analytical mindset.
• Self-motivated owner mentality for fast-paced environment and flagship accounts.
