Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria (includes regular travel)

What you will do
- Proactively find and attract new partners via cold calls and targeted outreach.
- Define and execute partner strategy for retention, growth, and profitability.
- Onboard new partners and manage existing portfolio with performance tracking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through follow-ups and needs analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to meet shared goals.
- Develop key accounts, monitor competitors, and contribute to sales targets.
Requirements
- High written and oral communication in Bulgarian
- Good command of English, written and spoken
- 2-3 years of experience in similar position
- Superb verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, organized, with sales flair
- Negotiation skills, computer literacy (MS Office, Excel)
- Resilience under pressure, ambitious and results-oriented
Nice to have
- Proven experience in fast-paced sales environment, preferably FMCG sector
