Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

What you will do

• Lead strategic procurement planning for each race location, managing end-to-end tender processes and venue obligations.
• Oversee contract drafting, negotiations, supplier performance monitoring, and dispute resolution on-site.
• Coach and manage a team of Race Procurement Managers, driving cost reductions and performance.
• Provide executive reporting on risks, performance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure financial, legal protection through change control and payment term adherence.

Requirements

• Extensive procurement experience in end-to-end tenders and international markets
• Proven track record in high-pressure events and sustainability advocacy
• Strong contract management, negotiation, and risk mitigation skills
• Leadership and coaching abilities for team development in multi-country settings
• Strategic mindset for scalable procurement plans, financial proficiency, and attention to detail
• Must work 3 days/week in Hammersmith London office
