What you will do

• Deliver personalized features for hosting experiences to connect hosts worldwide.
• Build systems for reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency in infrastructure.
• Contribute to technical direction, partner with adjacent teams, and raise engineering quality.
• Write technical designs for moderate-to-high complexity projects balancing requirements and qualities like resilience and observability.
• Collaborate with engineers and partners to clarify requirements and manage dependencies.
• Improve coding standards, processes, runbooks, and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years industry experience with bachelor’s or master’s degree (PhD candidates exempt).
• Experience building and scaling high-quality products or systems with operational excellence.
• Strong collaboration across multiple timezones.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder collaboration.
