What you will do

• Guide product team members through complex data landscapes to support critical decision-making.
• Analyze user behavior and app performance to boost player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with analytics developers to implement behavioral data collection and resolve tracking issues.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerting systems for real-time monitoring of key metrics.
• Present actionable insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
• Debug data issues and optimize tracking mechanisms to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Solid SQL skills for querying and manipulating databases.
• Experience creating detailed reports and dashboards using tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Snowplow and GA4, including tracking mechanisms and data layers.
• Must be based in Georgia, Isle of Man, Poland, or Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience with data modeling in Dataform.
• Knowledge of session replay and autotracking platforms.
