What you will do

• Architect and implement GenAI and agentic AI solutions on Azure.
• Build intelligent agents using Azure AI, Semantic Kernel, vector memory, and orchestration patterns.
• Design scalable AI pipelines, LLM integrations, and model optimization workflows.
• Lead customer workshops, define AI strategies, and guide multi-year transformation programs.
• Provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance to delivery teams.
• Perform hands-on engineering and keyboard activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years IT experience, including 5+ years on Azure.
• Strong Python engineering for LLM workflows and orchestration.
• Hands-on with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and vector databases.
• Practical knowledge of agentic AI, MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and enterprise governance.
• Experience in distributed containerized environments (Kubernetes, Git).

Nice to have

• Microsoft Azure certifications (AI-102, AZ-204, Solutions Architect).
• Data engineering and large-scale data processing (PySpark, Databricks).
• Japanese native across Japan or bilingual Japanese-English from anywhere.
