What you will do
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the D2C business.
- Lead the Product function and create conditions for empowered teams to own problems and lead discovery.
- Take full ownership of the commercial performance of product propositions across their lifecycle.
- Use data and insights to guide prioritisation, investment decisions, and trade-offs.
- Evolve a scalable product operating model to improve delivery quality and pace.
- Build outcome-focused partnerships across Technology, UX, and Marketing while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior product leader operating within complex and ideally regulated environments.
- Strong track record of building and leading empowered product teams.
- Experience owning commercially accountable product portfolios.
- Ability to connect product strategy with pricing, growth, and financial outcomes.
- Strong judgement and prioritisation skills in fast-moving environments.
- Clear focus on customer outcomes combined with an understanding of risk and regulation.
