Location: Hybrid in Manchester or London (minimum 60% office presence required)

What you will do

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the D2C business.
  • Lead the Product function and create conditions for empowered teams to own problems and lead discovery.
  • Take full ownership of the commercial performance of product propositions across their lifecycle.
  • Use data and insights to guide prioritisation, investment decisions, and trade-offs.
  • Evolve a scalable product operating model to improve delivery quality and pace.
  • Build outcome-focused partnerships across Technology, UX, and Marketing while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior product leader operating within complex and ideally regulated environments.
  • Strong track record of building and leading empowered product teams.
  • Experience owning commercially accountable product portfolios.
  • Ability to connect product strategy with pricing, growth, and financial outcomes.
  • Strong judgement and prioritisation skills in fast-moving environments.
  • Clear focus on customer outcomes combined with an understanding of risk and regulation.
