What you will do

• Industrialize and maintain the portfolio of fragrances across all end-uses to guarantee business continuity.
• Develop alternative fragrance ingredients in alignment with new regulations.
• Support Quality Control in efficient ingredient management.
• Collaborate and share technical findings with the hirify.global Global Perfumers community.
• Partner with global functions to study and implement technical solutions for the business.
• Support the creative perfumery team on product service and technical projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related discipline (Master of Science preferred).
• 10+ years of experience across categories working with local and international customers.
• Technical expertise in ingredients, formulation stability, and supply chain processes.
• English: Good mastery is indispensable.
• Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
