Senior React/Fullstack Developer (Fintech): Developing backend and frontend features for a greenfield Structured Loan Manager / Covenant application with an accent on high-quality UI/UX and end-to-end delivery. Focus on designing user experiences, breaking down requirements into stories, implementing changes, and executing tests in an Agile environment.

Location: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1000 - 1300 PLN/MD on B2B

What you will do

• Develop backend and frontend features within a greenfield financial application
• Design and implement high-quality user experience in the UI
• Collaborate closely with the business team on breaking down requirements into stories
• Implement application changes and improvements
• Prepare and execute end-to-end tests
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and team communication

Requirements

• React minimum 6 years of commercial experience
• Practical knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
• Motivation and readiness to further develop Java and backend skills
• JPA minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Daily interaction with English language
