Associate Software Engineer (.NET)

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office in Gdańsk, Poland)

Salary: 50 - 70 PLN net per hour (B2B)

What you will do

• Develop and deploy cloud-based services and full-stack applications.
• Write unit, integration, and performance tests.
• Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience with C# / .NET.
• Experience developing web applications on a cloud platform.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) techniques.
• English: B2+ required.
• Polish: C1 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservice architecture.
• Knowledge of SQL databases.
• Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with modern frontend technologies such as React.
