TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Software Development Engineer (TypeScript/Go/Java): Building and maintaining the foundational mobile and web platform for with an accent on architecture, CI/CD infrastructure, and shared component libraries. Focus on designing scalable API contracts, optimizing the web release lifecycle, and enabling product teams through robust developer tooling.
Location: Hybrid in Krakow, Poland (at least 50% in-office presence required)
Salary: zł320,000 – zł360,000 per annum

What you will do
- Own the architecture and evolution of the mobile and web platforms used by 10+ product teams.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, feature flagging, and safe rollout infrastructure from design to app store delivery.
- Lead the shared component library, design system, and localization engine in partnership with UX.
- Provide architectural reviews, documentation, and tooling to improve developer velocity and stay current on React Native and AI-assisted development.
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory compliance standards.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience building scalable products, ideally in platform or infrastructure roles.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and at least one of Go, Java, or Kotlin.
- Proven experience owning the full web release lifecycle and CI/CD pipeline design.
- Expertise in designing data layers using GraphQL, BFF patterns, or similar API contracts to decouple frontends from backends.
- Experience building and scaling design systems adopted by multiple internal product teams.

- Experience with React Native, including native bridge, performance constraints, and production-level debugging.
